Since 1977, the School of Business Administration at Yuin University has been in operation. The School of Business Administration provides undergraduate and graduate education opportunities. Course work is offered for both resident and non-resident students. Resident student programs consist of traditional classroom study, seminars, and fieldwork. For non-resident students, the University provides an off-campus program of guided independent study.

The Bachelor of Art in Business Administration (BABA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), and Doctoral of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree are awarded in the School of Business Administration. The Master in Business Administration degree (MBA) provides a strong back ground in theory and technical skills for the student who plans to work in government or industry. If offers students who have not yet decided on doctoral programs the opportunity to determine whether they have the interest and skill required. The Doctoral Degree (Ph.D.) is designed to prepare students to do professional research in their areas of concentration in a minimum of the three years. Students’ participation in faculty research programs to gain experience in applying concepts and techniques is considered an integral part of their training.

Along with its resident programs, the School of Business Administration provides non-traditional independent study system of education. The School does not require formal, on-campus residence or classroom attendance. Students are permitted to complete all course work, studies, research and writing requirements through prescriptive independent study courses or programs with guidance from the School and instructing faculty members. Course work is completed through writing assignments. Academic progress is monitored by instructing faculty members and School Dean.

The School of Business Administration provides effective educational programs primarily directed to fully employed, highly motivated men and women who have the sincere desire to increase their job security, to improve their career prospects, and to accelerate their personal development without leaving their present jobs, through an independent study program.

School Of Business Administration Objectives

  • Each student will pursue his/her studies through guided independent study and will develop greater self-discipline and maturity as a result of such study.
  • Each student will seek a mastery of basic business tools and skills and an understanding of fundamental business procedures.
  • Each student will seek to understand the role and responsibilities of administrators in the business firm.
  • Each student will seek a level of educational achievement such that he/she can then positive impact a firm’s profits through wise decision-making and implementation of appropriate managerial principles.
  • Each student will seek to understand the total functioning of a business organization as it pertains to making necessary charges for proper organizational development and expansion.
  • Each student, in his/her career at Yuin University, will commence a process of continual educational growth such that he/she can apply the most contemporary, and scientific, approaches towards the increased efficiently and overall betterment of his/her firm.
