This program provides a comprehensive orientation to the theoretical scope of management strategy and policy, making with particular emphasis on corporations and other business organizations. The Business Administration Programs offer Yuin University students the opportunity to develop a broad range of business skills built upon a solid liberal arts foundation. Business courses provide studies in accounting, finance, computer information systems, business law, and management, equipping students for a wide variety of career options and preparing students for graduate study.
Bachelor of Art in Business Administration Program Learning Outcome:
- Demonstrate a significant understanding of the fundamental concepts of accounting, business law, economics, finance, management science, management and organizational behavior, and marketing. (Academic achievement-conceptual knowledge and applied skills)
- Evaluate business problems from the perspective of multiple business disciplines and then formulate, communicate, and defend recommendations to decision-makers based on those evaluations. (Academic achievement-critical thinking and problem solving)
- Produce clearly written, concise analyses, and deliver clear, well organized, persuasive oral presentations. (Academic achievement-written and oral presentations)
- Work more effectively with others by either: (a) understanding and recognizing the importance of diversity or inclusion. Or (b) understanding one’s own unique cultural background and the backgrounds of other students and faculty members. Or (c) developing effective interpersonal interactions.
Bachelor of Art in Business Administration Admission Requirements:
- A high school diploma from an accredited school or equivalent.
Bachelor of Art in Business Administration Graduation Requirements:
- Satisfactory completion (C average or better) of all required coursework over 8 semesters’ time (Approximately 48 months).
- Total Units to Complete: 120 units (General Education : 45 units, Business Administration : 75 units)
- Yuin University does not have a cumulative final test or examination required for the completion of this program.
